Who (or what) is Bloom Art Coffee Roasters?
We’re a specialty coffee brand born from a love for caffeine, creativity, and community. We roast coffee, design art, tell stories, and create spaces (physical or emotional) where people can feel inspired, connected, and awake — in more ways than one.
Why “Bloom”?
In coffee, blooming is the moment grounds meet hot water and everything expands, opens up, and releases aroma. In life, we believe people do the same when given the right environment — they bloom. That moment is what we chase in every cup, design, and experience.
ABOUT OUR COFFEE
Where do your beans come from?
We work with specialty-grade producers from Latin America — think Colombia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico, Brazil (and more as we grow). Every origin is selected for its quality, story, and soul.
What does “specialty coffee” even mean?
It means high-scoring coffee beans (80+ on the SCA scale), carefully sourced, ethically handled, and roasted with intention.
Are your coffees single origin or blends?
We offer both. Some of our coffees celebrate single origins — spotlighting one region’s unique flavour profile — while others are crafted as blends (like Speed Queen, Let’s Play, Sugar Boom, etc.) designed to hit a specific vibe, flavour mood or energy. Singles tell a story. Blends set a scene.
Do you do tastings or cuppings?
Yes (and we love them). If you want to learn what great coffee really tastes like — fruity, floral, funky, chocolatey, complex — we host cupping sessions and tasting experiences. Email us to arrange one.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Australia. International is coming soon (we’re just sorting out travel visas for the beans).
How long does shipping take?
Within Australia, it usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Regional areas may take a little longer.
I messed up my order. Can I fix it?
If we haven’t packed or shipped it yet — absolutely. Email us ASAP and we’ll fix it before the beans leave the building.
My package is missing or delayed — help!
No stress. Email us with your order details and we’ll chase it up with the carrier faster than you can say “double espresso.”
WHOLESALE / STOCKISTS
Can I stock Bloom in my café, store, co-working space or creative hub?
Yes! If your customers appreciate good coffee and good energy, we’d love to work with you.
Do you offer custom roasts or label collabs for businesses?
Absolutely — we can create a custom roast or collaborative label that reflects your brand.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale?
Yes, but we’re flexible depending on your business size. Email us and we’ll work it out together.
ART, DESIGN & CREATIVE COLLABS
Can you design a custom label, artwork or package for my coffee or brand?
We can. Whether it’s digital illustration, mural-style art, or something more experimental — we love turning coffee into canvases.
Do you collaborate with creators, cafés, events or brands?
Yes! We’re open to coffee × art activations, live painting, pop-ups, visual storytelling or anything that helps people bloom.

How quickly will you reply?
We try to respond within 1–2 business days (unless we’re mid-roast or covered in paint).
Will I talk to a real human?
Yes. Probably someone caffeinated, friendly, and mildly covered in coffee dust.
LIGHTNING ROUND FUN (Because We Know You’re Thinking It)
Will drinking Bloom make me more creative?
We can’t legally promise that. But a lot of people suddenly feel inspired after two cups.
Do you sleep?
Only between roasts.
Can I send memes when I email you?
We actually encourage it.
